Details
Once you have mastered the basics of the sewing machine there are lots of different things you can try to make. We love sewing treats and accessories for young people! There are so many great kids fabrics out there & given the simple construction and smaller size, kids items are a great way to learn new sewing skills. Please note - we will be sewing useful accessories designed for ages 4/5+. We will do our best to ensure finished projects contain no loose parts but we do recommend that you supervise children while using anything hand sewn and regularly check for loose seams or damage. This course is ideal for beginners who are able to use basic machine functions (e.g thread the machine & sew a straight seam). If you feel you need extra help we recommend our Intro to Sewing Machines workshop.
