Service Description

If there's one place for creative kids to be this summer - it's our new Creativity Club! This club is all about fun, games and expressing creativity!! Every day we will have an inspiration & a selection of activities - but kids can interpret the theme and ideas however they like, to create things with their own style! We have invited a host of new tutors so will not only be covering our usual kids crafts but also drama, art & music Creativity Club is suitable for two age groups: - Ages 4-6 can attend from 9.30am - 12.30pm - Ages 7+ can attend from 9.30am - 3.30pm The morning session will include a collection of crafts & group projects and the afternoon sessions will cover a larger project, exploring a new skill! Monday: Waves & Water - Morning includes tie dye. friendship bracelets, crafts - Afternoon session: Crochet Tuesday: The Skys the Limit - Morning includes kites, musical instruments & a bee-themed yarn bomb project - Afternoon session: Multi Media Art Wednesday: Hills & Mountains - Morning includes rock painting, clay work, wet felting & pom poms - Afternoon session: Drop Spindle Spinning Thursday: ROAR! - Morning includes drama hames, clay modelling and paper crafts - Afternoon session: Drama Workshop Friday: Colour Explosion! - Morning includes weaving, messy painting & beading - Afternoon session: Embroidery on Clothing Participants are welcome to book for multiple days, but can get a discount for booking for the full week: - Ages 4-6 (Half Day) Full Week: £105 - Ages 7+ (Full Day) Full Week: £180 Please contact us to book for the full week

Cancellation Policy

All Summer Holiday Programme clubs must be booked online, in person or via email/telephone. Due to materials & adult to child ratios we cannot take walk-in bookings. When booking online a deposit is taken, the remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer to secure your place. Payment must be received 2 weeks before the first date your child/children will attend. Cancellations If you cancel your place by 5pm, 14 days prior to the start date (e.g. by the first date attending) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place by 5pm, 7 days prior to the start date (e.g. by the first date attending) you will receive a 50% refund as by this time we are likely to have purchased materials. We will not be able to refund cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the programme start date. Example: If you wish to cancel for a class starting 1st July, you must cancel before 5pm on 17th June to receive a full refund. After 5pm is outside our working hours - to maintain work/life balance we try not to answer work calls or emails during family time, so if we do not receive notice before 5pm you will only be eligible for a 50% refund There are no refund exceptions for those who book during the 14 day or 7 day period - please do book as early as possible. Emergency Contacts & First Aid We have qualified first aiders for all courses. After booking you will be sent an emergency contact form, please include: - At least 2 contact numbers, for someone who is based/staying locally & who will be able to come and pick up your child if they are sick, injured or need to go home. - Any medical information we may need, including everyday ailments (such as hayfever, skin allergies etc) & behavioural or mental health conditions (such as autism, sensory issues, low self esteem etc) We do our best to make sure all activities are as inclusive as possible - particularly given the positive effects of creativity on mental health & well being. If you feel your child would benefit from our activities but have concerns or requirements please do get in touch to discuss with us. Damage & Breakages There are of course everyday damages (e.g. breaking machine needles, cosmetic damage etc) which can occur during kids courses and activities. Strict instructions on equipment usage is given & we monitor all activity thoroughly. If damage to equipment occurs due to misuse or destructive behaviour you may be required to contribute to the cost of repairs
