Felting is the process of connecting or blending wool, wool roving or fiber together to make a fabric and it is used in a number of different art forms to create 2D and 3D art & crafts. For Wet Felting, the blending is accomplished by using water, soap and friction from a lot of hard work - and this workshop will give you a fantastic introduction into the process and allow you to create an artwork with a mixture of provided fibres. No experience is needed - Beginners are very welcome! You will create a 2D piece of work, approx 30 x 30 cm We have a selection of felting fibres available in greens, blues, browns & white. We do have additional colours but if you require specific colours we recommend buying these in advance from https://www.worldofwool.co.uk/ - please do get in touch if you want help or advice What you need to bring 2x bath towels Bubble Wrap (if you have some, we can provide some) Optional - a photograph to use as inspiration (landscapes work well)
