Service Description
Felting is the process of connecting or blending wool, wool roving or fiber together to make a fabric and it is used in a number of different art forms to create 2D and 3D art & crafts. For Wet Felting, the blending is accomplished by using water, soap and friction from a lot of hard work - and this workshop will give you a fantastic introduction into the process and allow you to create an artwork with a mixture of provided fibres. We have a selection of felting fibres available and will send out photos prior to the workshop. If you require specific colours we recommend buying these in advance from World of Wool What you need to bring 2x bath towels Bubble Wrap (if you have some, we can provide some) Optional - a photograph to use as inspiration (landscapes work well)

Cancellation Policy
Booking - Payments must be received in full or in part when booking online. Any remaining payment must be paid by bank transfer before the course/workshop start date. Festive Friends Discount - Eligible only on Winter 2023 Festive Workshops - Participants must book together (select 2 participants when booking) Cancellations These must be received at least two weeks before the workshop starts to receive a full refund. Payment cannot be refunded if places are cancelled later that this date. Young Creatives & After School Clubs ​​If you cancel your place 14 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place 7 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a 60% refund as by this time we are likely to have purchased materials. We will not be able to refund cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the programme start date.
