Service Description
After the success of our last kids clothing course we are back again witha Summer Edition! This course will cover a whole range of different kids clothes using both woven & stretch fabric. All patterns can be created on a normal sewing machine but we also have overlockers available if you would like to try them! Given that we are now in to lighter evenings we have split this course into four seperate weekend classes, each with its own project. You can book for one or all four & get a discount - each session is £28 or book all four for £95 (please email us to get this offer!) Sunday 7th May - Trousers Sunday 14th May - Accessories Saturday 20th May - Romper or Dress Saturday 27th May - Hoodie Our projects will include: Waves & Wild High Tide Trousers - a lightweight pai of trousers which can be converted to shorts Waves & Wild Sancastle Bucket Hat - a Summer essential for kids of all ages Twig & Tale Wayfarer Slippers - Cute pull on slippers Waves & Wild Over It Alls - a super cute jersey romper with short or long leg options. Waves & Wild Over More Dress - a dress version of the romper with A-line or gathered skirt. Ellie & Mac Colour Block My Way Hoodie - A great customisable hoodie, ideal for the unpredictable Scottish Summer For this course we are encouraging you to upcycle! You could try using old bedsheets or raiding the charity shops for larger clothing to cut up. You are of course welcome to buy new fabric - but the great thing about kids clothes is that you don't need much so you can often use remnants or roll ends - thus helping to reduce waste!

Cancellation Policy
Booking - Payments must be received in full or in part when booking online. Any remaining payment must be paid by bank transfer before the course/workshop start date. Festive Friends Discount - Eligible only on Winter 2023 Festive Workshops - Participants must book together (select 2 participants when booking) Cancellations These must be received at least two weeks before the workshop starts to receive a full refund. Payment cannot be refunded if places are cancelled later that this date. Young Creatives & After School Clubs If you cancel your place 14 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place 7 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a 60% refund as by this time we are likely to have purchased materials. We will not be able to refund cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the programme start date.
