Join us this Easter for fun kids sewing sessions!! Ideal for creative kids who love making things!! In this session we will be making tote bags using beautiful animal panels from Custom Fabrics based in Dundee. We will - Learn how to attach handles & a magnetic clasp - Sew a mini pocket - Sew our bag panels together Included: - Printed Panel Fabric - Plain Lining Fabric (Teal or Cream) - All equipment & haberdashery Simply select which panel & lining you'd like when booking This session is for ages 5 & up. Some sewing experience is useful but not necessary - we will have helpers available. As all materials are provided (including some which are custom printed) we cannot refund cancellations after 31st March - please check our T&Cs for details
Cancellation Policy
Booking - Payments must be received in full or in part when booking online - Any remaining payment must be paid by bank transfer before the course/workshop start date. Cancellations These must be received at least two weeks before the workshop starts to receive a full refund. Payment cannot be refunded if places are cancelled later that this date. YOUNG CREATIVES EASTER HOLIDAY SESSIONS - Payments must be received in full when booking - Any cancellations received before 24th March will receive a full refund - Any cancellations received between 25th & 31st March will receive a 50% refund - Payment cannot be refunded for any cancellations received after 31st March MYO Workshops: - £10 deposit is non-refundable, this covers admin fees & workshop planning - Workshops not held at Learn & Create (Newtonmore) must be held at community venues e.g. village or church halls, not your own home - Venues will need to have their own public liability insurance, provide electricity outlets, chairs & tables. - Booking & payment of a community venue is the responsibility of the individual/group (if not using Learn & Create in Newtonmore). - Individual/Group must inform the venue if the chosen workshop will include sewing equipment. All Learn & Create equipment is PAT tested & we can provide details of our insurance if necessary. - Remaining payments are due 3 weeks before your workshop date & are non-refundable from this point Charity Events: - We Heart Crafts Day: These sessions are non-refundable. This is to ensure we can provide all materials as well as provide a donation to Mikeysline Young Creatives & After School Clubs ​​If you cancel your place 14 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place 7 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a 60% refund as by this time we are likely to have purchased materials. We will not be able to refund cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the programme start date.
