BOOKING COMING SOON! Crochet is a great skill to learn and from learning the basics you can create a large number of different projects and garments. This course is designed for complete beginners In this course we will cover: - Slip Knot - Chain Stitch & Basic Stitches - Crochet Terminology - Reading Crochet Patterns We will create a number of small swatches to learn and practice the basic techniques. We will then put these skills to use to create a squares using different stitch patterns and textures - these can be worked separately & sewn together to make a blanket or kept in one long piece to make a scarf. All yarn and hooks are included in the cost of the course - colour choices will be sent out once booked Our plan is for this course to be run at the same time as Beginners Knitting, but if we have high numbers the two courses will run at this time on alternate weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Booking - Payments must be received in full or in part when booking online. Any remaining payment must be paid by bank transfer before the course/workshop start date. Cancellations These must be received at least two weeks before the workshop starts to receive a full refund. Payment cannot be refunded if places are cancelled later that this date. MYO Workshops: - £10 deposit is non-refundable, this covers admin fees & workshop planning Charity Events: - We Heart Crafts Day: These sessions are non-refundable. This is to ensure we can provide all materials as well as provide a donation to Mikeysine Young Creatives & After School Clubs ​​If you cancel your place 14 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a full refund. If you cancel your place 7 days prior to the programme start date (e.g. by the first date of the block) you will receive a 60% refund as by this time we are likely to have purchased materials. We will not be able to refund cancellations received later than 7 days prior to the programme start date.
