Cancellation Policy

All initial bookings must be completed on the Learn & Create  website. To secure your place you must: - Complete the online booking - Agree to the terms and conditions - Pay the deposit Once we receive your booking we will ask you to complete a detailed booking form where you can highlight any dietary needs, room preferences, workshop options and any other retreat specific questions. Please complete this & return it promptly so we can confirm your preferences.  Payment When booking online 50% of the total retreat fee will be paid (£100 of which is a non refundable deposit) Two subsequent payments of 25% of the total retreat fee will be taken by bank transfer at dates set in the terms & conditions Cancellation by Learn & Create  In the unlikely event a retreat is cancelled by us a full refund will be given. Please see note on special circumstances  Cancellation by Guest  12+ weeks before retreat - 100% of the original cost of the retreat, less the £100 non-refundable deposit, will be refunded 6-12 weeks before retreat - If the place can be reallocated 60% of the original cost of the retreat will be refunded.  If the place cannot be reallocated no refund will be given 0-6 weeks before retreat - If the place can be reallocated 40% of the original cost of the retreat will be refunded.  If the place cannot be reallocated no refund will be given The above cancellation policy applies to all guests.
